Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Finn Lorenz Rocke (hereinafter "Provider") under the brand Vegan Lifting Club.

3. Conclusion of Contract
By submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by e-mail.
4. Prices
All prices are final prices. As a small business owner in accordance with § 19 UStG, no sales tax is shown.
5. Payment
Payment can be made either by credit card via Shopify Payments or via PayPal. Payment is due immediately upon completion of the order.
6. Delivery
Delivery time is usually 5-10 working days within Germany. Longer delivery times are possible as our products are produced on demand (Print on Demand).
7. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision by e-mail to veganliftingclub@gmail.com. After successful withdrawal, we will refund all payments we have received from you within 14 days.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
Personalized or custom-made products are excluded from withdrawal if they have been specially produced for you.
8. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. In case of defects, please contact veganliftingclub@gmail.com
9. Liability
The provider is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, unforeseeable events or by the conduct of third parties.
10. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is Hamburg.
